Portland Leisure Advisers acts on behalf of David Lloyd Leisure (DLL), Europe’s leading health and wellness group.

DLL is Europe’s largest operator of premium racquets, health and fitness clubs, with 130 clubs across the UK and Europe.

The Portland team advise DLL on the funding of new clubs through various structures including forward fundings and sale and leasebacks.

The Team has acted on the funding of clubs in locations such as Bristol, Newbury, Colchester, Bicester, Rugby, Bury St Edmunds and Edinburgh, all of which were transacted with institutional investors.

Portland also assists the Group with general real estate advice across their portfolio and has done since investment in the business by TDR Capital in 2013.
