Our team have exclusively worked with Tenpin for over 14 years, providing strategic real estate and M&A advice for the group incorporating a full spectrum of mandates including agency acquisitions and disposals, estate management and rationalization.

 

We have provided significant estate management services including the successfully disposal of freehold non-core assets; acquired freeholds to protect existing businesses; and overseen over 25 lease re-gears, successfully extending leases on the estate.

 

We have also provided the company with support in growing their business successfully acquiring 13 going concern businesses via individual and portfolio acquisitions, in some cases structuring sale and leaseback transactions to fund acquisitions.  In addition, we continue to assist the company’s organic growth, identifying and acquiring (to date) 12 new build leasehold sites, advising on initial site identification all the way through to opening for trade.
